Pedders Suspension and Brakes has reunited with the Benalla Auto Club Sprint Series at Winton Motor Raceway, announcing their sponsorship of the popular Series from the start of the 2023 season.
The Pedders No Bull Sprint Series sees drivers completing a cycle of timed sessions; uniquely, the competitors begin their sessions from a stationary start, and their standing lap times count towards the overall results.
Over the decades, the Sprint Series has enabled motoring enthusiasts to test themselves and their cars against the clock in controlled conditions, and also provided an entry point for racers to progress to various circuit racing categories.
The Pedders No Bull Sprint Series is popular among club members and a historically significant component of Winton’s annual event calendar.
Pedders Suspension and Brakes Bendigo Franchise Owner Grant Phillips said the resurrection of the partnership will be beneficial for everyone involved.
“It’s a great pleasure to reunite with Winton Motor Raceway and Benalla Auto Club,” Phillips said.
“Having partnered for 16 years of No Bull Sprints in the past, proudly having Winton as the home for Pedders Racing, and having been involved in many events as both officials and competitors over decades at the regional circuit, the return of a partnership with Pedders Suspension & Brakes makes sense.
“I started as a volunteer official at Winton back in 1996 and have had a growing and respected association with the circuit and Club ever since. Knowing Winton’s community engagement through on and off-track activities, and being part of the passionate group of motorsport enthusiasts is where we need and want to be.”
