Refund Policy

All Refunds are subject to a $40 administration fee regardless of which event entered.

Winton Motor Raceway (WMR) may issue a refund as a result of entering the wrong event or a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors such as, for example, adverse weather, rescheduled or mechanical failure (and you cannot or do not wish to reschedule to a different event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). WMR will provide a refund or a full credit for the value spent if any of these circumstances occur, the credit will be valid for all Winton Motor Raceway Licence events at any time. All liability is limited to the amount paid (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase). Proof of purchase may be required. Winton Motor Raceway is not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
