Entries Rolling in for Valvoline Winton 300

Entries are continuing to be received for the 2016 Valvoline Winton 300, which will be held on 12-13 November – and no less than six previous winners are confirmed starters in the event.

The defending Champions, the father-and-son team of Steve and Jake Shelley, will aim to become the first two-time winners of the event in their Lotus Sport Elise. The other car with two former winners on board is the Mazda MX5 of Nick Cancian/Rob Hay, which claimed a memorable victory in the 2013 300.

The other two winners in the field are Nathan Jess and Chad Cotton, who will each drive Future Racers, Jess teaming up with Formula Vee front-runner Ryan Reynolds, and Cotton again being joined by fellow Miniature Race Car competitor Jase Collins.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be posting some other cool trivia items in relation to the Winton 300 so stay tuned!

Entries are still open for the Winton 300 and if you haven’t entered yet, it’s not too late – entry forms and regulations are available here.
